Welcome to Brooke Weeber

We are pleased to announce that Brooke has joined Karren as cake designer. Karren is extremely picky when it comes to hiring and has been looking for 2.5 years for someone who as skilled as Brooke. Brooke comes highly recommended and has done beautiful cakes with her previous employers. She graduated from The French Culinary Institute in New York City and worked at Alice's Tea Cup and Cheryl Kleinman Cakes as a cake decorator.
