A Family Tree

This cake was commissioned for a couple returning from a genealogy mission in Frankfurt, Germany. There are no supports in this cake so everything you see is edible.

Gingerbread

Karren really loves the Christmas season, especially because it means gingerbread. This year, she had the opportunity to make a gingerbread train.


A year or two ago, she made this gorgeous house. It was HUGE and even had backlit stained glass windows.
